ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Browse our store at themutednorth.com, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your payment, and your order will be confirmed immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and dispatched. Please get in touch with us at themutednorth@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Is my payment secure?
Yes absolutely. All payments on The Muted North are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Your payment details are fully encrypted and protected at all times.


SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Europe and select international destinations. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery at all times.

Why does shipping take that long?
Our products are sourced from verified international suppliers and shipped directly to your door. While this allows us to offer a wide range of quality products at great prices it does mean delivery takes a little longer than locally stocked items. We always display honest delivery times so you know exactly what to expect.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on select orders.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at themutednorth@gmail.com to initiate a return.

What if I received a wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us immediately at themutednorth@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at absolutely no extra cost to you.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
